Based in the Children and Families Service team, your duties will include the management of calendars and meetings for senior officers, recording of minutes of meetings, production and handling of documents and using ICT to complete tasks. You will undertake SCQF Level 6 in Business and Administration.

They include the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications that help kick-start a career without having to study full-time. New entrants can include school and college leavers, those with no previous work experience and/or vocational qualifications.
This post is based in the Children and Families Service team which provides a wide range of professional support to the work of the Edinburgh Learns for Life Team. The post holder will be required to prepare materials and resources as requested and support aspects of project management related to the Edinburgh Learns for Life Strategy.

You will undertake SCQF Level 6 in Business and Administration. You will be supervised at all times and expected to work towards becoming a competent Business Administrator within 2 years of commencing your Modern Apprenticeship.
