Environment: You'll work in our Edinburgh city centre office in a team of 8, with a dedicated line manager and a mentor. For the first 6 months, you will be required in the office 5 days a week for training and to optimise your opportunities to learn from others in the team. Thereafter, you will be able to work hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. What might a day in this role look like?
What will I learn? This role provides a 12-18 month structured Training Programme. You will learn the fundamentals of digital media planning and buying through on-the-job learning as well as training courses through the Institute of Practitioners for Advertising (where you'll earn a certificate) as well as training through proprietary ad platforms such as Google and Facebook. What qualifications/skills are required? You’ll have a degree level qualification (or equivalent) or work experience, or you’ll have a demonstrable interest in the digital advertising and media industry that would make you suitable for the role. A proficient level of English and Maths is also required. Your positive attitude, creativity and ability to communicate verbally and in writing are more important than your CV.
