You will be responsible for IT and phone system support, documentation, IT training and website development. This will involve providing an internal ‘IT Helpdesk’ and being the ‘go to’ person to help resolve IT or communication issues. You will work towards a Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 6.

What might a day in this role look like?
The successful candidate will be fully up to speed with all the company’s IT software and hardware to be able to answer most queries. You will also keep up to date with developments and propose areas where the company could improve its use of the IT systems it uses to make efficiency or performance savings. With the assistance of the Group Sales & Customer Experience Manager, you will help to maintain and improve the company’s main website and develop ways to improve the company’s sales across the internet by application of good SEO policies and practices.
