You will be supporting the office and field personnel with various administration and customer duties. Training will be provided, including the possibility of vocational qualifications. The role may suit a young school leaver.

DALEX Systems Ltd is a well-established central heating services provider highly experienced in both the social housing and commercial property services industry.
 
Environment:
 
Based at the Midlothian Innovation Centre, Roslin, with facilities on site, you will be supporting the office and field personnel installing heating systems in people’s homes with various administration and customer duties. This post will be part of "Warmstart", an initiative with Warmworks to support young people into our industry.
 
What might a day in this role look like?
 
Day-to-day duties might include:

• Printing and scanning of information.
• Answering calls from clients.
• Organising or re-scheduling appointments
• Inputting invoices onto our accounting system.
• Liaising with clients to provide the highest standard of customer support.
• General office support.

 
What will I learn?
 
The post would suit an individual who is looking to progress their IT, customer care and team working skills in a busy environment. We will offer additional training, including the possibility of vocational qualifications in order to further your career, and other support where required.
 
What qualifications/skills are required?

• A good level of spoken and written English, as well as reasonable numeracy skills
• Confident in using IT software such as Word and Excel
• Pleasant manner, sociable and willing to learn.
