What might a day in this role look like?
 

• Assisting with bookkeeping for clients
• Maintaining record of clients’ incoming and outgoing accounting records
• Maintaining client digital folders
• General office duties such as scanning, handling post, banking
• Cover for reception duties such as answering/handling calls, greeting visitors. 

 
What will I learn?
 
You will work towards SCQF Level 6 in Business and Administration.
 
What qualifications/skills are required?
 

• Minimum National 4/5 in English/Maths
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Reasonable level of computer literacy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn.
