Based in one of the branches across Edinburgh and the Lothians, tasks can include liaising with clients/colleagues via telephone/emails and face-to-face, updating databases, working on different packages, meeting and greeting clients, working as part of a team. You will work towards SVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration.

The successful candidates will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be expected to provide support to the Manager and their team to ensure that the branch runs smoothly. Working hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with half an hour for lunch.

What will I learn?
Full training will be provided, and you will learn on the job with help from your colleagues and experienced staff. We will also support you to achieve SVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration. This is a work-based qualification with no studying and no exams. There is also room for progression within this company.
