What will I learn? You’ll gain the skills and knowledge to fix a wide range of IT problems and to succeed as a Service Desk Analyst at Baillie Gifford. We’ll also provide a combination of classroom based and on the job training to help you achieve an SVQ in Information Technology and Telecommunications at SCQF Level 6.
