Environment: You will work within our Building Services Team who are responsible for the running of our buildings, including any maintenance, heating and cooling within the buildings, whilst ensuring a safe working environment for staff. The team ensures that all aspects of building services and associated maintenance activity are carried out in line with health and safety regulations as well as supporting ongoing maintenance activity. Ongoing maintenance can include replacing light fittings and carpet tiles and ensuring walls and fixtures remain in good condition. You will provide support to the 5-strong Building Services team. What will I learn? The programme will provide a combination of classroom based and on the job training to allow you to achieve an SVQ in Facilities Services at SCQF Level 5.
