Based in the Reception Team, you will be customer facing and assist with a variety of tasks including meeting and greeting visitors, directing telephone calls and booking taxis. In addition, there are daily administrative tasks, including managing room bookings. You will work towards SCQF Level 6 in Business and Administration.

You will work within our Reception Team who have responsibility for the operation of our reception areas and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The apprenticeship programme will provide a mixture of classroom based and on the job training to allow you to achieve an SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6.
