Environment: You will work within our Workplace Services Team who are responsible for the running of services provided around our buildings, including office supplies, cleaning and security. It’s a role where you will complete daily tasks such as management/issuing of access cards, as well as reactive requests from all departments within the firm. Reactive requests are raised by phone, in person, via email and the helpdesk. These could include office repairs, stationery requests, meeting room set up and liaising with contractors. What will I learn? The programme will provide a combination of classroom based and on the job training to allow you to achieve an SVQ in Facilities Services at SCQF Level 5.
