The Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications group is at the heart of attracting, engaging and delivering exceptional student and stakeholder experiences. The role will be to liaise with both new prospective students and existing students to promote online postgraduate courses and support the conversion from first point of contact to sale of new course. You will undertake MA (Hons) Business Management.

The role is based within the Online Prospect Team in the Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications group which is at the heart of attracting, engaging and delivering exceptional student and stakeholder experiences. What might a day in this job look like?
You will be part of the team providing a high quality front-line service to online enquirers to the University. Your main duties will be to respond to enquirers and provide support for prospective students and existing students purchasing new courses throughout their journey to Heriot Watt. You will be also supporting colleagues within Prospect Experience, Student Recruitment and Marketing team, particularly those involved in admissions, resolving problems and issues and signposting or escalating issues to colleagues as necessary. You will be working to pre-established turnaround times and ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
