Based in our city centre office and working as part of a small team, your duties will include telephone calls, emails and social media responses as well as updating spreadsheets and compiling reports. You will works towards SVQ Level 3 in Digital Marketing.

You will be based in our office located on Princes Street, Edinburgh, working as part of a small Facilities Management Helpdesk team whilst working towards SVQ Level 3 in Digital Marketing.

What Qualifications / Qualities are required?
You will need qualifications of National 5 and National 4 in English and Maths and ideally some experience of administration and/or customer service. You will also need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages on the computer. The role requires flexibility and focus and to be able to change direction quickly when required. The ideal candidate will want to learn about the business and the reasons behind the tasks that they are asked to carry out.
